Wholesale Jewellery Components – Bulk buy for jewellery designers, shops, and production
Tomato has supplied jewellery components to Danish designers, online shops, retailers, and manufacturers since 2003. You buy directly from our warehouse in Gentofte with no minimum order and no dealer agreement: once you are logged in with a free account, the volume discount is automatically calculated in the basket and increases with the order size – up to 20%.
How Tomato Wholesale Works
Automatic Volume Discount: The discount increases with the basket size – from 5% up to 20%. No customer agreement necessary.
Proprietary Stock Items: We import ourselves, so you can reorder the same components repeatedly with consistent quality.
1-2 Day Delivery: Stock items are typically packed the same day. Shipping 39 kr. in Denmark – free over 499 kr.
Automatic discount – just a free account needed
You don't need a reseller agreement or approved VAT registration to qualify for volume discounts. The discount is calculated based on the basket value and applied automatically at checkout. This means you can mix materials and product categories in the same order and still reach a discount tier.
Gift vouchers, shipping, and selected promotional items are not included in the discount calculation.
Buying for a business?
We serve both private and business customers. If you are VAT registered in the EU outside Denmark, we can process your order without Danish VAT upon presentation of a valid VAT number – please contact us before ordering so we can set this up correctly.
If you require a quote for a specific batch, larger quantities than our current stock, or ongoing deliveries, please contact us with item numbers and quantities. We will respond with pricing and delivery times.
Custom Production
In addition to stock items, we offer B2B production where jewellery or components are manufactured to your design – for example, corporate gifts, merchandise, membership jewellery, or a collection under your own brand. We assist with material selection, samples, and pricing.

No, there is no minimum order. You can order a single item for testing and then purchase in bulk.
Can you supply larger quantities than what is shown in stock?
Often yes. Please send us the item number and quantity, and we will provide pricing and delivery time for a special order.
Do you deal with international businesses?
Yes, we ship worldwide. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can purchase without Danish VAT – please contact us before ordering.
